Im sure y'all recieve this question a bunch of times but how do I do that? I'm around 121lbs and im 4'10 so I'm more than the average weight I guess. I know exercising and cutting back on a lot of the foods I eat would help but the main problem is I live in a Mexican household so the food in the fridge isn't exactly really healthy to eat but it's all there is plus with I can't really find time to exercise because after school I go straight to work and im really exhausted when i get home so it's a struggle trying to find the time to exercise AND I wouldn't even know where to start since there's so many exercises it's overwhelming to know where to start. Can y'all give me a little knowledge on where to start?
