Hormonal gain or diet not working?

Female 27, height 5’3, started at 152 pounds, currently 144.5 pounds. I restarted my diet exactly 6 weeks ago after a year. I’m eating 1250~1300 calories per day. Trying to move and drink more, though sleep is my biggest enemy yet.

I lost 9,5 pounds in the first 4,5 weeks and went down to 142.5 pounds (mostly water weight because 4 pounds a month when I do everything right is the norm for me)

Since 1,5 half weeks ago, my weight has stopped dropping right after ovulating. Now, I know I gain 1 pound with ovulation which will after a few days will go away but it hasn’t and I even gained 1 extra pound in the last week.

It’s SO demotivating. I see other people saying their weight drops after having their period but I can’t ever remember that happening to me. How can you tell this is a hormonal gain/stall or my diet just not working?

Could it be something else? I’m eating the exact same clean meals. Could it really be sleep?
