Extreme case of bloating and unbloating

I thought I was looking great during the summer, but ever since the school year started, I've been looking kind of stupid and ugly, even though I am steadily losing weight (down to 16% bf now).

Fortunately, I started training for track as school started, and I realized I looked super, duper hot (compared to normal) again after a little cardio and sweat. Everyone treats me a lot better and I can see myself in the reflection looking great. It's like a temporary boost to my looks for 4 hours.

And then a little time passes, I eat and drink some water and I'm again an unattractive lookalike of myself. Once I recover, I get motivated to work out again, and as the cycle goes on, my face constantly alternates between bearable vs stunning.

I think this is bloating. And when I work out again that sweet sexy summer face comes back out, maybe cause I'm losing water weight? I stopped using antiperspirants in skepticism.

Anyways, I can't always workout before I meet girls, so is there anything I can do to my diet or just general life routine to fix this? [It makes sense if I have to cut down more. I almost have a full set of abs but I do have a noticeable double chin and perhaps I should loseit there.] I also have a lot of conditions like high cholesterol and low blood pressure if that means anything.
