Weight loss motivations

Who or what is your biggest motivation or inspiration to lose weight?

I think mine would be:

  1. I want to be able to sit down in whatever pants without being uncomfortable or having to readjust myself constantly or have clothes dig inside my skin. It must be a good feeling…

  2. I want to stop worrying about how chubby I will look. I have been overweight my entire life it has governed the way I act, talk, behave my entire life. I have grown up to shy, reserved and very insecure and I have no doubt 60% of the reason why is because I am overweight.

  3. Im nearing the end of the 20s and I would like to see myself at a normal weight at least once in my 20s.

I remind myself this all the time but it still isn’t enough to force me to stop binge eating or eating junk, especially when I am stressed.

Please give me more reasons to want to lose weight because I do need to.
