my original goal was to be 110lbs by halloween, but my weight hasn’t budged. i’m going back to calorie counting starting in the morning and would like to know what the ideal deficit would be for me. i’m 5’1, 127ish pounds, and eat roughly 1700/1800 calories a day, sometimes more if my depression taps on my shoulder. i also have ibs and bloat quite often from it. i burn anywhere between 1900-2200 calories a day, in general, but would be willing to bump it to 2500 if necessary. anyone know what would be good for about a pound a week? eat 1300/1400 and burn 1800/1900 or eat 1300/1400 and burn 2200/2300? something else?
