Age:25 Height: 5'2 SW: 153 CW: 162 GW:120
I need a lot of help. I was maintaining my weight at 153 for over a year. It feels like in the last 2-3 weeks I gained 10 lbs. I got on the scale a few days ago and was shocked at the number. 164.2. This is the biggest I've ever been. I'm really bummed out.
My issue is I don't really know where to start. The only thing that works for me is starving myself. I lose about 2lbs a day that way but i can only do it 3-4 days at a time. I walk 2-3 miles at work.
How many calories should I eat? What exercises should I do?
I just hate being this big...
