Hey! Not sure if this is the right place for this but I'm young F 5'7 145, and i've lost about 20lb now eating 1000ish calories. I know it's not enough, and I sometimes end up getting the munchies and eating the whole kitchen, so i'd like to up my calories as much as possible without gaining all my weight back. I want to put on some more muscle at the gym and not feel like I'm going to pass out all the time, any tips on how to slowly up my intake? Would love to be able to eat 1700+ consistently without gaining weight, but my metabolism seems a little fucked.
