How to get refocused

I have been trying to lose weight for over a year now. I lost around 28lbs only to gain 10 of them back in the last 6 ish months. I cannot get my head back into losing weight. I have struggled with binge eating and I quit vaping but it’s like I’m constantly self sabotaging myself and I’m getting really depressed about it. This is all I want is to lose weight and be healthy but why am I stopping myself ? Sometimes I literally feel crazy because my weight controls my life so much. I don’t know what to do.
