Hello! I started to exercise three weeks ago and have had a really consistent schedule of 3 days on (push, pull, legs) and 1 day of rest. I've usually been eating around 2k calories a day though, today I've got to 1,600 and when reading up on the subject I've only seen that it's not healthy for me to be doing less than 1,900. However, for the first time in a long time, I am not hungry at all at 1600.
Is this healthy to be doing for how much I weigh, or should I get in more calories? Looking to lose weight down to 250, and have been getting my proper macros.
(I'm 6'3 and 21 y/o if that makes any difference)
Edit: age
