I am 19m and I need some advice on weight loss. I am currently around 295 and I’m 5’6 I good portion of my body weight is muscle but I need to lose around 100 pounds. Unfortunately I currently don’t have access to a gym but I do have dumbbells in my home. The advice I’m asking for is how to lose weight while stuck at home. I have a calorie deficit based around my body weight and proportions but I’m wondering how many sets of lifting should I actually do I typically do 5 sets with 8-20 reps depending on muscle group and weight Any help will be greatly appreciated
