During the daytime, I don’t get any mental hunger signaling, but there is physical hunger signaling. Physical hunger signaling usually comes in the form of dizziness.
However, when it comes to eating, I have to force food down my throat because quite frankly, I’m just not hungry mentally and the food doesn’t taste great either.
Now when nighttime crawls upon me, I’m suddenly getting the mental hunger signaling. I keep thinking of food and I’m actually feeling hunger unlike daytime. Issue is, I don’t want to eat during nighttime because it keeps me awake.
Why am I like this? Do I just have a screwed up schedule?
