Is there something you eat or drink that might be a little controversial, but you swear it helps you lose weight? Nothing extreme, but curious what people are eating to lose weight and keep it off. Part of that is eating things that are healthy and also filling. It gets boring eating the same things all the time, so I'd love some other suggestions of things to try.
Right now I am really into mashed potatoes. I know people avoid potatoes like the plague while dieting, but I've learned that in moderation they are very filling and fit well into my caloric deficit. A regular meal at our house is baked, skinless chicken breast, mashed potatoes, and green beans.
