Tw/ talk about unhealthy relationship with food
Hi everyone! I just weighed myself today for the first time in months and I'm 5'5" and 247 pounds, which is the heaviest I've ever been. I really want to lose weight but counting calories gives me so much anxiety it makes me not want to eat at all. I used to have a very unhealthy relationship with food where I felt that nothing was ever healthy enough, so I'd abstain from eating sometimes. Counting calories isn't sustainable for me, so what are my other options?
