So I’m (24m) down to 140lbs from 240lbs. My body carried most my fat in my sides/lower back and legs/butt. Since i lost the weight it’s really hard to differentiate the fat from loose skin. I'm currently trying to bulk up now so I'm not worried about the loose skin around my butt and legs because i can fill it in with muscle, but my lower back just looks horrible like i still have bad love handles. My body fat is low enough to where you can see my abs and obliques especially with a pump. I spent so much time trying to look like the guys my ex liked instead of me and now I just feel like I look disgusting. It’s all very discouraging, any ideas?
