So, I've been eating very well lately. I barely eat fast food anymore, barely any soda, no more starbucks, etc. I load my fridge up with whole foods: Fruits, veggies, and meats. Also greek yogurt, skyr, and eggs. I go for low-cal options, and eat lots of meat (high protein) pretty much every day. I eat very few simple carbs and saturated fats, and little to no fried food. I love to cook at home so I know what's going in my food.
I've been eating like this for the past maybe 5 months. Right in the beginning I lost 7 lbs in 10 days. My stomach also looked smaller. But after that, I wouldn't lose any more weight. Now my stomach looks like how it did before my weight loss, and I haven't changed my diet.
I don't live a completely sedentary lifestyle. I work 4-5 hour shifts as a waitress every other day, which involves me speed walking the whole time. So, I easily walk 3-4 miles worth of steps per shift. And no, I don't snack on the restaurant food unless it looks really good (not often).
I will say I take hormone replacement therapy because my body doesn't make enough of its own reproductive hormones. Is that something that would make me gain weight?
Anyways, let me know what I may be doing wrong
