Started on 4 June at a weight of 72.5kg. On my 30th day of trying to lose weight, I was so excited to step on a scale and witness my efforts payoff. But I was so disappointed and in disbelief when I saw the scale shows 73.5kg. Bro what? Is this scale alright? I tried it again many times and used another scale but showed the same.

Self-observation
I feel generally healthier and lighter, runs are now better. Fat loss is noticeable but not remarkable. I was just so surprised of the gained weight. I may have gained muscles but no so much to expect a weight gain. Is this normal? Am I doing it wrong? Can anyone please enlighten me?
