Very useful tool for weight loss!

Hi all, I developed an ebook for weightloss clients that I've only given out to friends and family at this point. They've all lost a good amount of weight, with what they think comes from two things, 10 minute walks after each meal (helps with digestion and adds extra steps) and using the satiety index below, which basically tells your which foods are most satiating so you'll be fuller for longer, therefore, less calories! Good way to prevent binging!

All foods are compared to white bread which is ranked as 100%
