Recently I got covid and stopped calorie counting while sick and for a span of time afterwards to recover.
I allowed myself to eat as much as my body wanted, and oh boy did it want a lot. I was careful to make sure I prepared myself healthful, east to digest, and energy rich foods. I didn't weigh myself at all during this time.
I was very determined to view food as a gift to help get better.
After it was all said and done I stepped on the scale. I was the exact same weight as before I got sick and I was healthy again.
