I've been counting calories for over a year now, I've lost a lot of weight but suddenly it just stopped going down?? I've been restricting and working out so hard for the past 15 days and I know for sure I'm not counting wrong cause I use a food scale and been doing it for so long, I'm almost burning 300 cals A DAY + work outs and lowered my calorie intake and I only lost 0.2... this can't be true , I usually restrict with a higher intake and less workout and lose atleast 2 kgs in 15 days, and I have no idea what's happening???
