I'm sharing this as I've lost over 50 lbs myself doing this so this worked for me and I thought I'll share it. There doesn't go a day by where I'm not eating it as it's protein chocolate chip pancakes and easy to make. Under 500 calories as my treat after my last meal. I buy packages that have 5 in them with bags so I just put the in a boil, pour milk in and ready to make it.
Takes max 5 minutes to make.
I am a sucker for sugary stuff as I have always been overweight since a kid, so this reduces my urge to go off my diet.
