Moving house makes healthy eating a beast!

So we are moving, in England and Wales no one is legally accountable for moving until you exchange contracts so you can't organise anything until this happens in case the move falls through. Typically it's like a month between exchange and getting your keys but ours was delayed which means we have a week, and joy, it will also be a working week. Stress!

Obviously I need to pack up the kitchen so no more healthy meals cooked from scratch (for a little while). I was thinking what can I get that I'll only need a paper plate and a few utensils for? We're also leaving the microwave so that helps.

Well, I bought some of those low cal high protein sandwich thins, some filling like chicken breast, hummus and reduced fat pre sliced cheese, some low cal high protein pings (microwave meals for non UK natives 😅), you know like chicken harrissa etc, some high fibre bars all under 90 cals, fruit, baby toms and spinach. It's not ideal but it will keep my husband and me fed and on track whilst we navigate this week!

Ps. Any and all tips welcome for this scenario 😅
