Maintaining weight is suffering

I would like to ask how people feel while maintaining their weight? I just don’t feel I can manage this long term.

I have managed to get to normal BMI and now I am scared. I don’t feel well, i feel hungry and i am tired of thinking about every piece of food I put into my mouth.

I changed many things, I drink a lot of water, eat fruits and vegetables, ride a bike a lot , but I can’t say I feel very well.

Also I have to keep my calories very low otherwise I gain weight really quickly (I don’t believe I eat more than 1400 calories a day and I have been riding a bike a lot for 2 months now. (like 200 km a week) When I eat more - I gain weight immediately, so upping my calories is kinda unimaginable.

i honestly don’t feel this is worth it but on the other hand I like being not overweight and don’t want to squander it, but this seems unsustainable.
