Lost at the gym

Hey everyone ! This probably gets asked a lot but here it goes . I’ve been a couch potato all my life and have been a bit overweight Recently (past 5 months ) I’ve been on a very restrictive diet and I lost about 26.5 lbs and now I’m about 139 lbs. I am now within the normal range but I still look fat and out of shape.I’ve decided to start working out a few days ago .. I’m completely lost . Idk where to start from . Idk what anything means . I literally don’t understand how anything works and what’s it for and I literally learned what reps and sets mean very recently hahaha. I guess what I want rn is a guide? Or a program or anything beginner friendly explaining things to me like I’m 5? I really want to start lifting and doing strength training.. I just don’t have the muscles for it yet? So idk where to start . Any help would be appreciated.
