Is this correct?

I’ve been hearing potatoes are this powerhouse for satiety. So naturally I decided to meal prep some tonight and went to go try to calculate my calories for tomorrow. I prepared the potato by putting 1 tablespoon of butter on the entire pan. So if I log, can I log 1 gram of raw potato and it counts as roasted potato? Or does water inflate/deflate the calories? I will then of course account for the butter.

I am hesitant to log roasted potato in my fitness pal because I don’t know what it’s roasted with and I’m already accounting for that in the tablespoon of butter I’ve added. Or is it just roasted and not counting seasoning?

This is probably such a stupid question but I don’t want to accidentally mess up my deficit.

Edit to add: I looked up roasted potatoes 100g calories and got that 100g is 149 calories. Surely this is not correct? That seems so low.
