I'm my early 30s, have I lost 15-20 years of lifespan because of my extreme obesity? Any advice on what to do would be appreciated. Please help.

I'm 155 kg, 194 cm, in my early 30s, have I lost 15-20 years of lifespan because of my extreme obesity? Can it ever be regained? I'm extremely worried that it is too late for me to get those years back even if I lose 60 kg in the next 2 years.

My exercise plan is to cycle 30 min/5 days a week (or should I make it 7 days a week? Any advice?) and start eating as healthy as possible even if I have no idea where to start. If i'm after sugar or a bit hungry, I will take a banana (is that a good idea?) or something instead. Will it help if I don't eat sugar/fats at all (such as chocolate for example), not even if I eat it within my allowed calorie range (2000-2500 kcal/day). Should I completely avoid it if possible, or is it OK to "cheat", say 1-2 times a month if i'm within my 2000-2500 kcal/day range. My goal is to lose 1 kg/week.

I'm also wondering if there are some easy exercises that I could to other than cardio (cycling) at home. Are situps worth it? I also have extremely weak glutes for example (from sitting all day for decades and inactivity), that I would like to fix somehow. I'm also worried that I will lose too much weight too fast (It sounds stupid, but I really didn't know obesity decreases lifespan by 15-20 years?! Is that really true?! I'm shocked and extremely depressed by this, can I ever regain those years or do something about it?)

I have also been sitting all days 24/7 for basically ever. Should I get a standing desk if possible and spend as much time as possible standing up in front of the computer instead of sitting? I'm not sure if I can manage to get such a desk since i'm quite tall and most standing desk don't seem to go up that much. I need to to be in front of my computer most of the day, but should I be too worried that i'm sitting all day? Will a standing desk make things better, or is it too late for me to do anything about it?

Also, should I take in a high amount of protein if possible so I don't lose muscle? And how to about loose skin when I lose the weight, how to avoid this?

Advice on cheap and healthy, easy-to-make foods?

Any help would be appreciated. Please help.
