Some days I wake up, and my body decides "I want to eat the entire fridge, and I want it NOW", and it usually ends up in night-time binges after I don't have the energy upkeep to keep saying no... Then, like today, I will wake up in terror of the scale, and I have actually.... dropped half a pound? What?
I ate a 225g bag of nachos (like 1150 cals by itself), a serving of country-cut fries, 3 tablespoons of mayo, two small bags of rice crackers, chicken and rice for breakfast... I estimated about 2800 calories. Went to sleep bloated and woke up with smaller numbers, even if its a tiny bit. I am currently just maintaining, not trying to lose beyond maybe a measly 200 caloric deficit. And this isn't the first time this happened. Is there any explanation for this?
Edit: Obviously if I keep binging for another day or two, this won't be the case. This happens when I'm otherwise watching my calories properly
