I am 22 and I feel so awful. I don’t know how to diet properly

As the title reads I (22F) have always struggled with my weight.

When I was younger I engaged in self destructive behaviours (bulimia) when I was in middle school-grade 10. I went from 140 to 100lbs. I am 5’4 for reference.

Then I got out of high school where I constantly yo yo dieted.

Finally in 2021 I worked out 5 times a week and did a low carb diet. I went from 255 down to 187.

Last year started having irregular periods and this is when I found out this year I have PCOS. I have still tried to maintain exercise etc. however the last few weeks I have been exhausted learning a new job and working long hours.

I weighed myself today and I am 270.

I just want to get better. I just want to gain back motivation and not be so disgusting :/

Any tips would be greatly appreciated…
