i’ve gone the last 2 months alcohol free, but have 2 nights planned in the next 3 weeks to go out. I know I’m gonna drink a decent amount (hopefully mostly vodka sodas/diet cokes), but in general, how do you plan your day of eating prior to going out? Do you account for the drinks in your deficit?
I’m eating in a pretty strict deficit, so allotting 4-500 cal for alcohol would mean eating rabbit food leading up, which can’t be healthy either.
To those of you in restrictive deficits who have managed to figure out how to drink and not wake up bloated to beyond the next day or how to not be up a ridiculous amount of lbs, what did you do beforehand?
Is it a macro thing (like eat mostly carbs throughout the day) or is it simply unavoidable? Lmk!
