Hi y'all! I'm a 5'1, 135 pound girl who has been losing a pound a week for over a month, and recently started tracking calories in the past few weeks, apparently I've been eating about 1900-2000 calories a day?? I basically just reduced portions from my previous eating habits. For info it's been consistent weight loss (no major jump), and I work as a barista. I just find it odd because when I calculate my tdee that is either above or right at my maintenance. So I'm wondering if it is likely water weight or I'm calculating my tdee wrong (since Im already losing at this intake).
