I'm so confused because myfitnesspal and healthifyme tells me to eat around 1300-1400cals in a day
But chatgpt tells me to eat atleast 1600-1700 cals on a day.
I'm so confused what to do ?
I'm 23F , 100.9kgs My Height is 5'4 and I workout 45mins to 1hr daily.
I started my wl journey 10 days ago and my starting weight was 102.6kgs
I eat twice a day , I'm currently doing intermittent fasting.
My eating window is 12pm to 8pm. So I don't feel hungry with 1300cals but I need to know if this is sustainable/healthy for me or not !
