Advice for weight loss

I've been on a weight loss journey for 3 months now, and the past month hasn't been the best. I've been tired, irritable, anxious. But most importantly, I've had a lot of trouble sleeping. I'd really like to fix the sleeping part. I've tried taking magnesium, a 5-day diet break, introducing carb refeeds once-a-week, and most recently switched to OMAD.

I'm 33, Male, 5'11 and my macros are 120P / 260C / 70F. I don't know my weight actually: I don't have a scale and just judge off the mirror. And I haven't seen any changes in the mirror in weeks. My only exercise is 30min of cycling 3 days a week.

The first thought is that maybe I should up my calories, but I don't think my physique is that impressive. Maybe my body hasn't switched to maintenance yet, and I should wait it out? Or maybe I'm missing some micronutrients? Just wondering if I'm missing something.
