Weight loss satiety hack

Tl;dr Konjac noodles, strawberries, yogurt

The most troublesome part of a diet for me is not lack of tasty food or energy but hunger. I hate being hungry.

That's why I wanted to come up with something I could eat multiple times a day, low kcal and filling AF. Oh, not to mention that this meal takes like 5 minutes tops to make and you can meal prep it and it satisfies your sweet cravings

I ate this meal 3-5 times a day and lost 28kg from my fattest point. I was not hungry much which made the diet sustainable even with 1000 kcal deficit.

Here's how I make it: * 200-300g fresh strawberries * 200-400g any konjac pasta (spaghetti, fettuccine, or even rice) * 100-150g low kcal high protein yogurt (one I use is 58kcal/100g with 10g of protein, technically they say it's tvorog/farmer's cheese) * sweetener to taste

  1. Smash strawberries
  2. Mix everything

The entire bowl of that is like 170 kcal. If you use closer to 400g konjac then boy, you're going to be so full your stomach will ache.

That's it, I'm pretty sure I ate at least 20kg of noodles alone.

At the beginning you'll have a hard time digesting konjac but your body will get used to it. Give it a week.

The reason I want to share it is that I have not seen a single mention of eating these noodles sweet.
