I'm 19, 5'5, female, and 110lbs. I know I'm on the thinner side, but I'm not sure if counting calories or just eating healthier meals would be better for me. I have a lot of bad eating habits that will most likely catch up to me in the future. I want to prevent that as best I can.
Atm I've been trying to keep track of calories but the urges to just eat junk food is so strong. Binge eating and eating out of boredom are my biggest problems. Everyone irl tells me it's fine because I'm young but shouldn't I start eating healthier when I'm young so when I get older, I have better eating habits? Metabolism won't keep me safe forever.
