I (19F) had quite a few changes during my teenage years, and during Covid I've gained a lot of weight (from about 65 kg to 80+ in one year). After we got back to school regularly, it went down a bit but I've never been into sports much and just started to accept my body as it was. However gaining this much really messed up my joints and back.
I've lost ab 10kg just by not sitting at home all day and having a summer job in hospitality (so a lot of running around). After the summer I've gained some weight again, then for about 6 months now I've started losing some (so in 3-4 years I went from like 65 --> 82 --> 73 --> 80 --> 70, now)
When I was a bit bigger I didn't complain much because most of the weight was on my ass and thighs so I had a nice figure, but now I look in the mirror and hate to see how my ass is just flat and shapeless.
I know this is all over the place but the point is that I've had enough of this irregularity and I would like to start some form of workout that would form the rest of this fat into some shape, while it still being easy on my back.
I don't have a problem with my weight now and I was thinking about pilates since it mostly focuses on toning, but I'm still curious if it would cause my ass to be completely gone as I start working on it:D
