Folks who've found that adjuncts actually helped prevent/minimize loose skin, how did you use them? ('adjuncts' as in brushing, moisturizers, etc)
Hi everyone.
Pretty much the title. Purely anecdotally, how did you use adjunct treatments during/after weight loss to minimize the look of loose skin?
Not asking for miracle cures, of course. I know it mostly comes down to genetics, age, and built. Just curious what people who might've seen some modest improvement from additional treatments did, since loose skin doesn't really manifest itself in immediate signs like dryness/itchiness (as far as I know?), making it a bit difficult to find that 'effective without being obsessive' middle ground.
