Can replacing breakfast and dinner with a protein shake or meal replacer help you lose weight faster?
What the title says. I replaced my breakfast and dinner with protein shakes, but for lunch, I eat a regular meal (of course, a diet meal) with lots of salad and protein. If I continue this, will I lose weight faster than if I just ate a regular breakfast meal?
I don't have an unhealthy addiction to losing weight or anything like that. I only replaced my breakfast and dinner with protein shakes because I'm trying to discipline my body to have a schedule for when to eat rather than eat whenever I feel bored or emotional. I will continue to do this for at least a month and then switch back to regular meals for breakfast and dinner, but still diet meals, of course.
Also, have to add, I still of course eat snacks BUT, I reduced my snacks to healthy snacks such as almonds or fruits. So, even if I overeat some strawberry, I think it is better than to devour some Cheetos bag lmao. Drinking water has been the hardest part for me on my diet because it feels like a chore but, I blame it on my ADHD.
