I know it sounds stupid but for the last 2 weeks I've been dieting really strict only rating clean foods, (Chicken, potatoes, rice,bulgur,oats,joghurt, fruit and vegtables)
Initially I noticed a massive drop in the scale like 4kg/10lbs instantly but since then it slowly started climbing again.
I track everything in my fitness pal I weight everything to a T, I even chose some of the higher calorie options in my fitness pal.
I'm currently eating about 200g protein, 136g carbs and 56g fat.
My goal is to be around 1800 calories a day and that isn't a issue because I genuinely feel full up eating clean food so I couldn't really eat more even if I wanted to.
My snacks are fruit, cheese sticks and a local chocolate called turo rudi it's like cottage cheese with lemon and a dark chocolate covering (107 cslories).
I'm male 145kg as of this morning, I'm just wondering what's going on, could my body be retaining water again? Could my bowels be backed up or any other explanation.
I can't tag my weightloss photo but I'm tracking everything in excel I will now post my daily weight from the 6th until today

I'm at the gym 3x a week also, if anyone can share why my body would be gaining weight slightly even while in a deficit that would be fantastic.
(Weighing daily not for me but for a youtube video I will be making at my goal weight).
