23F, 160cm and 58.3 kg. In early January I was at my heaviest at 67 kg. I’ve been losing 2kg a month since then by eating at a calorie deficit (1300-1400 calories a day) and exercising 2-3 times a week.
Around April, my weight loss slowed down from 2kg a month to 0.8 kg a month, since I started eating more. By this point I was 60 kg and was comfortable with my weight but still wanted to lose a little bit more. By May I was around 59kg.
Ive been trying to maintain it since then. I’ve actually been eating over what I should for the past week or so because I’ve been with family a lot. I stepped on the scale, sure that I had gained back a kg but instead it read that I lost 0.6kg. How is this even possible? Should I be worried? I’ve been under a lot of stress with exams. I’ve still been counting my calories vigilantly but maybe the stress is making me burn more than usual?
Any reassurance would be nice. When I googled it, the first thing that came up was cancer.
Edit: for the past week, I’ve been eating between 1,600-2,000 calories.
