Kicking myself rn because yesterday was meant to be a good day

I moved and worked out and had a busy day. I was meant to have a light dinner due to a bigger lunch/breakfast. My boyfriend is a fantastic cook and he said he was making an early dinner but his bloods came back saying he had high cholesterol and that made him spiral. I tried to comfort him (he is very healthy but went out drinking the evening before a blood test) but at around 8pm he tells me he is going to go for a walk to “clear his head”.

By this point I’m hungry so I say I’ll just have my own dinner. But I still want to eat his cooking and it doesn’t hit the spot. So when he comes back and makes dinner at 9.30 I cave and end up having two of his thai spring rolls, so in effect two dinners.

I hate how I’m a slave to my own hunger. I hate being so obsessed with food all the time.
