is this a plateau?

Hi guys so I’m a 23 year old Male who used to be 114 kg and is now 90.4 kg as of this morning. I have been in a strict calorie deficit, I work out 5 times a week and go on a 10km walk around thrice a week. I hit 89.8kg a week back and that day might’ve been one of the best moments of my life. However, since then I’ve been gaining 0.1 kg daily, and today I’m at 90.4 kg. My target is 80kg. I know I shouldn’t weigh myself everyday, I’m in a toxic vicious cycle. I just want to know if this is normal, should I change something, am I actually losing fat? Please share your thoughts and opinions.
