Can someone please help me figure out how much water i probably need to consume in a day? I am a 26 year old female and i weigh around 200lbs. So I've been working out since a month and since then i started consuming lots of water up to 135fl oz.. I've seen some great changes in my skin and body since then.. no bloating/swelling at all in my body and my skin looks hydrated and i have more glow than ever.. i can tell this is specifically from increasing my water intake because that's literally the only change i made in the last one month.. i also started really enjoying consuming lots of water through out the day.. but im really not sure if i should be consuming 135fl oz (4litres) of water a day.. could someone please help me with this please..?
