From Obese Class II to Obese Class I

Morning everyone,

I'm just super excited! I know it's not as big a milestone as from Obese to Overweight but I'm still so happy about this!

I weighed in at 85.0 kg today! Which would give me a BMI of 34.9 (Starting BMI was 37.4).

My trend on Libra still hasn't caught up and I know I'll still fluctuate a bit for a week or so until I'm consistently below this, but I'm happy.

I wasn't feeling getting up to go to the gym before work but this just gave me the boost I needed!

So if you're unsure if you can be bothered, please do the thing and know I'll be doing it too 😄

I love how supportive this subreddit is. Thank you for always being here and being so understanding!
