I've always struggled with controlling how much I eat because I comfort eat a lot and can eat a days worth of calories in 10 minutes, so replacing the stuff I snack on is really helping me lately.
In the UK I've started buying almost-0 calorie jelly, seaweed packs (27 calories a pack), and instead of having cakes and sweets and shit, starting making bowls of frozen berries, low fat yoghurt, chia, flax, sesame seeds and a dash of honey and ground sweet cinnamon.
Looking for more things to add to the list.
