Hi all, I'm current a 20 yo male, 6 feet tall and weigh 230. My goal weight is to get to 170, I've been scouring on Reddit forms for a long time now but still haven't seen a solid answer yet. I'm finally beginning to eat relatively healthy with mostly a diet of chicken, brown rice pasta, rice, fruits and veggies. I usually eat one meal a day around 6 PM. I'm about a week into this new change and I'm going strong. Recently I've started taking on running again, usually 2 miles in the day and then I'd walk 2 miles with my wife. Will this hopefully help me lose the weight that I'm desperately needing? If not, what can I change???? What's a reasonable time goal that I can set to lose 70 pounds? Thank you all
