NSV: No longer a tomato after a workout

Hi all,

I've noticed recently while working out that there's a lot that's different now that I've been doing hard work outs at least 30+ mins a day / 5 days a week, along with trying to walk at least 10k steps outside of those workouts. First off, I'm sweating so much more-- it starts much sooner in my workout and then it's just so much. I was confused by it at first, but then I looked it up and realized it probably means my body is becoming more efficient at cooling me down while working out. Which makes sense, because another thing I've noticed is that my face isn't getting bright red like it normally would when doing a hard workout. For most of my life, I've always turned ruby red and it'll last sometimes even an hour after I've stopped workout out, but now I'm just ending up pretty in pink. I've always felt a little insecure about working out because I know I'll get red, so it feels nice to know that the hard work is paying off in ways like this that I never even expected.
