Hi guys, a little bit about me. I'm 20yo, 165cm tall (5'4) and weigh 68kg (148lbs). I've been losing weight for a year now, and all BMI websites say I'm no longer overweight even though I store fat all over my belly. I've been talking to people for a month now, and there's tons of contrasting opinions. I've had people tell me I need to put on 10kg to build fat, which would result in me getting fatter (I don't want that), and I've had people tell me I need to keep cutting, which would result in losing potential muscle I've gained over the course of 3 months or so.
What do I do? I want to look lean. Tired of looking fat. I want to put on muscle yes, but I just don't want to look at my belly anymore. I'm sick of it.
Question is: do I bulk or cut? I love calisthenics, and would love to get stronger. What do you suggest I do?
