I don't enjoy most workouts but I find yoga very relaxing. Will it be enough for weight loss?
I've tried everything from pilates to joining a gym to walking to dance classes and the only thing I can consistently stick to is low-impact exercise like yoga. I am looking to lose weight but I have been stuck for years and I am gaining around 2kg per year.
I am still young, I am in my 20s but I have a small frame so a small amount of weight gain looks like a lot.
I have been counting calories for years but it doesn't seem to be going anywhere.
Does anyone here do yoga and does it help?
I know most people on here do moderate-high intensity workouts because they burn more calories but I cannot stick to them.
