Recently I got back into the gym and made a new training plan with my trainer. It's supposed do make me loose about half a kilo per week and make me grow more muscle mass. I weigh 91 kg and am 191cm high so I don't intend to loose that much weight, but u am kean on loosing fat. So I was quite surprised when I stepped onto the scanning machine today and it said I got 3 kg body fat in under two weeks which in my opinion makes no sense, given that I workout 3 to 4 times a week and eat according to my training plan which means not necessarily only healthy food but no fast food like burger or pizza either. So I don't know where I went wrong or if the machine didnt work right or If I used it wrong.
