Reached goal weight, what next

I lost 15kg in a span of 8-9 months. I am 47y, 178cm and currently weight 72kg. My BMI is within normal range. I lost mostly by controlling my diet and 5k-6k steps a day. No gym or exercise whatsoever. I did it because I was prediabetic, having issues with sleep, high blood pressure etc. Many people on this form would have achieved their goal weight so asking for advise. I am thinking to start cycling. Or jogging. Not a fan of gym actually. Have been sedentary all my life. I will keep track of my diet and ofcourse weight and try to be within the range of 22-24BMI.
