Hello! I’ve lost around 4kgs since starting keto approximately two weeks ago. This past week my weight hasn’t budged at all and is currently 63kgs. I noticed this after my period was over, every time that I would weight myself it would remain the same or go ever so slightly up. I have done keto in the past and it personally works for me since I have a HUGE sweet tooth and helps me curb my sugar cravings without making me feel hungry.
I eat one meal a day and I usually cook a protein with a side of shirataki rice, or omelettes with veggies, or low carb almond cauliflower tortillas (1.2g carb) as a “pizza” wrap. I don’t have any other snacks aside from the one meal and water but I do drink diet/zero sodas to quench my “sugar” cravings. I believe the one meal a day already puts me in a calorie deficit and I don’t track every single calorie in because it’s mentally unhealthy for me.
Any advice or tips?
